Terms of use

What this site is

Mindil Sunset Stays is an independent information site about Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, with a form for requesting a room. It is not the resort's website and has no authority to make promises on the resort's behalf. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information, not a contract

Everything here is published in good faith from the sources named on each page, with the date it was checked. Hours, room descriptions, renovation dates and facilities can change without notice. Before you rely on a detail for something that matters — a flight, a wedding, a medical need — confirm it with the resort.

A request sent through this site is not a booking. A booking exists only when you confirm it directly with the resort or a booking partner, on their terms. Their terms, cancellation rules and prices govern your stay, not ours.

Safety information

Pages about the beach, the sea and the weather summarise what official bodies publish. They do not replace the signs on the beach, lifeguard instructions or emergency services. In an emergency, call 000.

Gambling

The casino at the resort is for adults 18 and over. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble. Our responsible gambling page lists free support.

Links and content

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites. The text and illustrations on this site were made for it; you may quote short passages with a link back. The resort's name is used only to identify the subject of the guide.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one, written on 1 November 2026. Questions: hello@mindilsunsetstays.com.
