Contacting the resort instead
If your question is about a booking you already hold, the resort's own lines are the right ones. It publishes a main number, +61 8 8943 8888, a general enquiries line, +61 8 8943 8777, and a reservations line for the hotel and restaurants, +61 8 8943 8881. For bookings made through a third-party site, the resort asks you to contact that provider. These numbers belong to the resort, not to us.
