What happens when you send this
The form at the bottom of this page goes to a person at our desk. It is not a booking engine and it does not take payment. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
- Step 1
You send the request
Dates, guests, the room you have in mind and anything that matters — a sea view, a late arrival, a birthday, a dislike of noise.
- Step 2
The desk checks
We check the room type and the rate for your dates with the resort or with a booking partner that sells rooms at the resort.
- Step 3
You get an email
We reply with what is available and how to confirm it. If your first choice is not available, we say so and suggest the nearest alternative.
- Step 4
You decide
You confirm directly with the hotel or the partner, on their terms and their payment page — or you do nothing, and nothing happens.
What helps the desk
- Exact dates in the format YYYY-MM-DD, or a range if you are flexible.
- The view you want, in plain words. The resort does not publish which rooms face west, so "sea-facing, evening sun" is the most useful line you can write.
- The season. A Dry-season Thursday is not the same request as a Wet-season Tuesday.
- Noise. Between 1 November 2026 and mid-April 2027 the hotel's Stage 2 renovation is running. If you are sensitive to noise, say so.
- Arrival time. The resort does not publish check-in times, so we ask for you.
What we will never ask for
Card numbers, passport details or passwords. If anyone claiming to be this site asks for them, it is not us. The resort itself asks for a physical credit card at check-in for pre-authorisation — that happens at the front desk, not through us.
Chapter 4Money, plainly
You pay the hotel or booking partner's price. We do not add a fee. If your stay is confirmed after your request, the resort or the partner may pay us a commission — that is how this site is funded. The details, including what is not connected yet, are on how we are paid.
